• NPR 90/sq.ft (up to 40,000 sq.ft)
• NPR 80/sq.ft (40,000–100,000 sq.ft)
• NPR 70/sq.ft (above 100,000 sq.ft)

Hotels / Resorts

• NPR 110/sq.ft (up to 40,000 sq.ft)
• NPR 100/sq.ft (40,000–100,000 sq.ft)
• NPR 80/sq.ft (above 100,000 sq.ft)

Apartment Buildings

• NPR 90/sq.ft (up to 10,000 sq.ft)
• NPR 70/sq.ft (10,000–50,000 sq.ft)

Master Planning

• Up to 20 Ropani – NPR 15/sq.ft
• 20–50 Ropani – NPR 10/sq.ft
• Above 50 Ropani – NPR 7/sq.ft

• Site Services – 10%

Housing Development

• Site Development – NPR 15/sq.ft
• Per Unit Design – NPR 150/sq.ft
