This is a 6506 sq. ft Residential building for our client. Conceptual Design took almost 2 months. The client wanted modern sleek looking yet geometric and massively emanating structures, with prime family space on the middle floor, that had to be very open and transparent.
The top floor is a high-end master Bed-Room with a very lavish bathroom and walking closet unit with private Verandah and zen gardens.
The ground floor is 2297 Sq. ft sitting on the land of 8495 sq. ft. The total floor area is 6506 sq. ft.
Construction started in July 2016 and was completed in December 2019.
Total Project cost NRS 5,29,00,000/- (USD $449,170) including Interior.
